U.S. Bank Branch

I used to go to this branch all the time. And now whenever I go, the drive-thru it is never open. Theres signs on the window saying temporary unavailable. Its sad that they dont have enough staff. I should be able to go to any US Bank and use the drive-thru. Very inconvenient.

I've been trying to cash my checks. Deposit money in this branch but is never open. It is always close might as well close the place already.

Spent 38 minutes on the phone today just to get an appt to go into a bank to conduct some business. The person on the phone must of had me on hold for at least 15 minutes. This is awful customer service. Couldn't get a call thru to any branches in iowa. You may be loosing a customer over this. If I didn't have to a star this would have been a minus star review.

I had a account for years through u.s. bank i noticed i was having the state of Iowa deposit $890.00 a month for 14 months. Although each deposit was made and nothing was ever withdrew my ending balance every month was 0.00. I complained and filed against them in less then 10 days from each deposit. Finally was able to have deposits stop . HOWEVER Not once have i seen any of this money. I had an investigation through the provided company to see where my money had gone. When mysteriously after 10 years of having the account and so many many many statements and in person visits about all of this US BANK told me I have never ever had an account with them. Regardless the stacks of mail statements and original signed agreements from when the account was opened. They then contacted me just a couple weeks ago trying to tell me I owed them for fees against an account they said i never had. I called the office back to verify it was not a scam and it was not a scam they did attempt to get money although they owe me and claim I never had an account. Taking this to court.
