Stephanie at Nest has been amazing to work with while I've made the transition from selling my home to going back to renting. She is very responsive anytime I have a question and has gone out of her way many times to make sure I'm taken care of. I haven't yet moved into my rental though so I can't say how Nest is as whole but I will edit my review down the road when I have a bigger picture of the company.

Nest has been horrible to us the whole four years we've rented from them. They've threatened us with eviction during my cancer treatment. Just all around a horrible company that treats their tennants badly. Very glad to be using a different property management company.

Nest used to be Kacena, They changed their name because of their horrible reputation. I would give them a 0 Star review if it was possible. We had problems from the moment we moved in. The whole apartment stunk of dog pee and there was dog hair all over the place and even dog food in the cabinets. When I contacted them about the issue they guaranteed me that the whole apartment had been professionally cleaned. That was a lie. Had to borrow a carpet shampooer to get the stink out. Noted this on the check in sheet, and they still did charged us for carpet cleaning after we moved out. Next issue was the bathtub drain was broken/clogged and they tried charging us for the maintenance to fix it, only took them 9 months to get around to it. We noted it on our check in sheet and put the maintenance request in right when we moved in. Thankfully we were able to get that charged dropped. Next issue was the patio blinds being broken when we moved in, noted this on check in sheet but they still charged us to replace them after we moved out. I have been emailing back and forth with them, I have to send multiple emails every time to get a response. The last response I received said that we will not be getting any more money refunded, even though the apartment was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. They are looking to take advantage of people. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I added some pictures below of what the apartment looked like when we first moved in, I wish I could somehow capture the smell of the place.

The worst company to rent from DO NOT WEST YOUR MONEY TO RENT FROM NEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. If I could I would even take my one star and rate this as ZERO.
