Big Ten Property Management LLC

Big Ten is by far the worst rental property company in Iowa. My girlfriend rented from them and they told her that she couldn’t have her ESA because her disability wasn’t real and she was faking it. While they were saying that to her they were saying nothing to the other tenants who had dogs AND cats. On top of that they are just rude and unprofessional. Furthermore their front desk people are entitled, inconsiderate jerks (Micheal Zambrano). As if that wasn’t enough they went on to LOSE my girlfriends rent check then proceeded to try and get her to pay rent again AFTER it already came out of her account. IRRESPONSIBLE, MONEY HUNGRY, and LAZY. I will never rent from them and will steer every person I can Away from them. Worst experience I have ever had. As you can see in the photo this is how a “professional” company responds to people who are upset with the service they received. WORST RENTAL COMPANY IN IOWA.

My friend lives in one of these properties-sort of- they have not been able to stay in their apartment because there is an awful bat infestation that Big 10 refuses to address. Six dead bats have been found and Big 10 tells their tenant to deal with it and to stop being dramatic. Unprofessional and careless. Don’t think about renting here.

The Rental company responds quickly with home rental issues, with emergencies. Regular home maintenance is on renter’s dime though??!!...refrigerator repair, furnace service...
