      image I had fraud on my card so had to take off work early to get a temporary card because I work the same hours they're open. The girl gave me the card and said I could activate it after 6 pm. I tried multiple times with no luck. Called customer service. It had never been put in. Extremely frustrating and they are not convenient since they are closed now on weekends.

      image They forgot to order me a debit card, after more than 30 days they cancel my temporary card with no notice.,
      Went this last Friday to get another temporary card and he told me it will be ready to activate at 6pm Friday.,
      After many attempts I called costumer service and the guy never got the card ready for activation.,
      I have my daughter sick with temperature and I had to steal medicine from dollar general because I was not able to access not one penny of my account.for the whole weekend, CLOSING MY ACCOUNT THIS MONDAY ., worst bank with the most incompetent workers ever I wished I would have gotten arrested taking that medicine.
