Chris at the drive-through window location at 13631 University Ave in Clive provided extremely rude and unapologetic service. No wonder WF banks have a horrible reputation for customer service and don't forget the millions of dollars in fines that they pay for dishonesty and scamming customers.

I guess they only have an extra pin pad when its convenient for them. Told the lady at the drive thru that I couldnt get out of the car because I had my daughter sleep in the car but she said I needed to go in and it was just going to take a second. I come in and she tells me I had to wait for the spot with the pin pad. The man behind me goes up to her to buy some euros and shes able to pull out another pin pad. I felt incredibly discriminated. Theyre able to pull out a pin pad for the rich white man buying euros but not the mother trying to pay her bills on time. How ridiculous. I will be taking out all my money from here and closing down my accounts.
