        I have been taking my everyday driver to Downtown Auto for all of my maintenance and repair needs for about 3 years now. They are always timely with repairs, fair and honest with their prices, and are always friendly and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I would rather wait to get a service appointment there than drop my car off with another shop because they can get me in sooner. They also have Great Danes in the shop, which is a bonus! Dog people are my kind of people! Big thanks to everyone at Downtown Auto for always taking good care of me!

        very kind and helpful. had an emergency and i couldnt find anywhere willing to help other than them! for being unplanned and unexpected, they handled everything quickly and efficiently. i would highly recommend both their auto-shop and tow company :)
