      We sent a guy to Iowa city so we could get you hot water for the day as no local supplier had it in stock. this is why there was a second hour charge, we did not charge for second guy after that he was just delivering the part, we did what was asked, I need hot water today and we ordered the part right away and adjusted schedule to get him hot water before lunch time same day! total bill was for the part and 2.25 hours total labor, under $425.00Thank you
