        This place was a lifesaver when my flight into cedar rapids was delayed until 1:30am. I called ahead to confirm that the shuttle could pick me up. It was a quick ride to the hotel from the airport. The rooms were clean, crisp and modern. A complimentary breakfast was served in the morning with a couple hot egg items, as well as cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and some fruit. They also had a great coffee station with brew-on-demand regular and decaf coffee and coffee mate creamers. I felt it was definitely worth paying a little more for the convenience of all these services when I was getting in so late!

        I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Each room had a nice large flat screen with all the major channels. It also had a normal scrolling experience without the usual overlayed hotel menus. Sheets and bed were better than most 4 star hotels Ive been too (they actually felt like they used fabric softener and not crispy like some hotel sheets). Very pleasant experience and minutes from CID

        Exceeded my expectations, I will be staying again. Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Walkability: Close to the airport (Has a shuttle), gas station is walkable as well as Mc Donalds and subway. Beyond that you'll need to drive. Well south of actual Cedar Rapids. Food & drinks: McDonald's and Subway as well as two gas stations walking distance. 5 minute drive to restaurants.
