        Excellent location, staff was friendly. No issues with check-in. Rooms: Kitchen and closet cubby right in the door across from bathroom. One double bed with plenty of room to entertain. Nearby activities: 5 min from Ice Arena, 10 minutes from downtown by car. Bus route stop close by Safety: Business district, no major concerns about safety noted, other than close proximity to HWy 30 & Interstate 380 Walkability: Not many venues/restaurants within walking distance

        No breakfast, despite a photo in the listing of bakery. Bad pillows. Slow Internet. Only a few rv channels. Poor heating. Old furniture. Normal rate at Baymont (next door) is less than the discount rate here.

        Nice friendly place that is comfortable just like home. Clean and well kept, just like I expect. Definitely worth the little bit more then my normal stays at a cheap place.
