        Our room AS WELL as several other parties who were trying to check was unavailable until 30 minutes after check in. Ok.Not great B/C we wanted to shower before our event. Then arrived back at our rm after our event to relax and the TV didn't work,called for help and he turned the TV off and back on and said if that doesn't work it must be the wind and wished us a good evening.The winds are 19 mph here right now. Everyone was polite and friendly with a smile but service was subpar.

        Room was clean and reasonably priced. Comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the soaps, shampoo and lotions. No carpet in rooms, loved it!

        I called in on Thursday February 8th at 4:16 Pm. I walked in to check in on Saturday February 10th (2024) was not greated which was fine, I walk up stated I was checking in and showed my ID Im 19. The lady on the phone call from the 8th said it was 18 years of age with a valid ID Peggy said nope it was 21. I said okay but stated I called she proceeded to get very unprofessional and raise her voice and say she knows her employees all know the right policy and Im wrong I was just very dissatisfied in the service to a first responder on a trip with his girlfriend trying to enjoy the weekend and I was very professional stayed calm like I always do and just took the chewing I was being given very very very horrible customer service zero respect and absolutely ZERO Professionalism.. I definitely do not recommend and I recommend you guys watch the cameras and see her raise her voice. I hope you have cameras with vocals as well. Again Peggy is the lady and also a younger blond. They will treat you like youre stupid and will treat you like trash. Also have zero issues about screaming at you lol! I hope this is taken care of.
