We (Don DeChant and myself) have NOT received any return calls from this company after leaving NUMEROUS messages. We were charged extra for leveling our cabinets after THIS COMPANY installed them. I personally believe this should have been included in the original cost. Further, our cabinets are not level, and we can't get our countertops installed. It's been about a year!

We hired this company to fix our kitchen after a bad job by another contractor. The work PRK Williams did was poor quality of work in certain areas, other areas not finished, cabinets were not level for countertops so we were charged another $825. Still not level and they will not return calls we cant get countertops installed until the cabinets are level or it will void the warranty. If you can't level the cabinets give me the $825 back so I can find someone who will do the job. I swear this amounts to theft. You took the money to do a job but are not doing it.I would recommend you find another contractor! Edit as of 7/6/22, I called again today with no response. You told me to call but don't answer or return calls...way to run a business! Another update! September 2nd and they keep telling me "I will talk to the team and get back to you" but never do! What a way to get a bad reputation in this industry....if I had my way you would be out of business TODAY! This company is trash without the ability to follow through on what they say.
