        They don't pay their subcontractor's in a timely manner. Staci Stoll and Scott Ward fabricate unjustified deductions to backcharge their contractors for, including personal items like a DeWalt radio and personal jobsite fan for their foreman's desk. They also try to force contractors to install things that are not code compliant, even when provided an email directly from the Iowa Building Code Commissioner stating that it doesn't meet the building code.
