This is a weird review as normally I would give this bank about four or five stars. I've been with them since they absorbed Guaranty and have had little to no issues with them. This past couple of days, however, have been a very different story. If it wasn't for the acceptable to great service I've had in the past, I might be seeking a new bank. I'm still a bit steamed. So, my debit card is expiring. I received a replacement card in the mail a few days ago. Yesterday I tried calling the number off the sticker on the card to get the card registered. I had to enter my card number several times along with the code on the bank, then would hear a recording saying I am being denied this service and I need to contact some other department and gave no directions on how to contact them. I tried three or four times with the same result. I did a search online and found the number actually services Master Cards and I have a Visa. I went to the bank's web site and found a number to call for Visa debit cards. I called and had the same result. I had to keep entering my card number only to be told I was being denied service, with no explanation as to why. Again, they wanted me to contact some other department with no information as to how. Today I went to the bank and asked what I should do. I was given a number to call and told all I would need to enter is my social security number. So, I called and there was a menu. I wasn't told what option to pick on the menu and none of them seemed to be what I needed, so I just picked one and was asked for some kind of code number. I didn't have the code number they were asking for, nor was I given one. I hung up and called back and picked another option, which gave me a recording saying that department is not available at this time. I told the tellers what was going on. They said I was calling the wrong number, even though it was the number I was given BY THEM! They gave me another number to call, the one from the bank's web site that I tried yesterday. Same result. It asked me to enter my card number, twice, then got the number from the back of the card twice. So, I went back to the tellers and one of them took my card and walked away. She came back after a bit, looked at her computer, started to put a headset on, then walked off again. She returned and called someone named "Seth". After twenty seconds of talking to Seth, she handed the card back and said it should be working now. I had my doubts, so I went to Casey's and tried it. Yes, it worked now. My advice? If your card is about to expire and you get a replacement card, call the bank and ask for Seth. Don't monkey around with those bogus numbers. Not sure why the bank would want to waste anyone's time with them.

This particular bank is odd. I get a negative energy every time I walk in as if I did something wrong. Especially the same people that worked there from their older location off of Jacqueline Drive. Ive cashed checks there for years. Their  other banks are fine.
