        Man it is amazing what you get for your money once you leave Chicago and the Chicagoland metro area. While in town for some business I checked out my buddy's 2 bedroom apartment. It was cheaper than my 1 bedroom here in downtown Chicago. It could have been a bit more updated but my God if I ever invest in real estate I will for sure be buying some of these units in Cedar Rapids.

        This is a beautiful, quiet area. I've lived here just under 9mos and I'm very happy with the way things are going. The maintenance team responds to issues very quickly as does the management. So far, so good!
