Awesome place to live, picked here for my time at Kirkwood college and it has been great. No issues. Everything gets dealt with promptly by maintenance and have yet to ever see any bugs or mice in my place! Very good Insulation and I can barely if any hear my neighbors next to me. The landlord is amazing very kind and always willing to talk. They do run resident events for holidays one example being a friends giving which was awesome.

Awesome place to live. The management is great. First floor is Very Handicap accessible. There is a washer and dryer in every apartment. Absolute wonderful place to live.

Lived at the Villas for a short 10 months, but it was the best 10 months! Management greats you anytime they see you, and they are quick to help! The apartments are beautiful, and dont even get me started on the convenience of having a washer and dryer in unit. In the winter, when I got up for work, the snow was already plowed and sidewalks were shoveled!
I would not hesitate to go back, 12/10 recommend.
