        During the month of August we had assistance with the rent because I was in surgery and out of work. Iowa Finance Authority verified that they had sent the check to The Pointe. The following month I had a notice on the door that August was not paid. I called the office and the lady who answered my call verified it has been paid and it was a glitch in the system. I received another notice and called again. This time they said we owe for August even thought IFA and office previously confirmed it has been paid. They also started assessing bogus fees on us with deliberate lies such as broken glass in doorway which was false. These people are crooks and will try to squeeze more money out of you. Stay away.
