Hands down the best place in CR that I have ever rented from. Highly recommend! Great, helpful & friendly staff & community. I love the pond nearby & ease of access to interstate. They actually make repairs when you request unlike most companies. The apartment was clean & comfortable. The washer & dryer is a HUGE bonus.

I used to love here. I do not currently live in these apartments but I drop my daughter off to someone who does every morning. During the winter they do not plow out empty spots, they do not shovel they make the tenets do it if they want it done. Part of the luxury of an apartment is not having to do your own snow removal, and lawn care. There is 3 empty spots at the building I drop my daughter off and apparently they say "if you want it plowed it needs to be empty" literally no one parks their I am the only one. Until the snow melts myself, and my 5 year old daughter are tredding through snow. The apartments may be nice but having to track all that wet, muddy, and dirty stuff through your apartments means you get less of a deposit back at the end (which from what I hear you rarely get your deposit back ever living here)
