Cedar River Tower

if you are looking for a great place move here. Shelby does an amazing job. Everything is very easy moving in maintenance is on top of everything right away. Cant say enough great things about this place!

Really enjoyed my time in this apartment! I wish I could stay longer but I just didnt want to make the 40-minute commute to work anymore. I stayed on the 8th floor in a studio and the apartment for a studio was so spacious for the cost. Covered parking was included in rent and for the amount of storms we have in Iowa, that is a huge perk! My only down side was there were some issues with the elevators while I was staying in the building but being on the 8th floor and parking on the 5th, it was never an issue for me personally. Staff was great and returned my security deposit quickly. Would recommend to anyone!

This was a really great place to live coming out of college and coming into my own as a young adult. Maintenance was always great. Shelby was always very accommodating. Lived 20+ floors up for 2 years and took hundreds of pics of the beautiful view (sunrise, sunsets, fireworks, boats, etc). I appreciated the private (mostly covered) parking garage, especially in the winter. Also loved the enclosed mailroom and locked exterior doors for added safety. Only cons were the 1 out of 2 elevators that kept breaking down, and the small laundry room. But it was still more than reasonable for the price and location.

I lived at the Cedar River Tower for 3 years. The rent is extremely affordable for the size and quality of the apartments, the management does an excellent job, and I rarely heard any noise from my neighbors. Overall it was a great experience!
