We had city builders replace all our windows. They met with us and listened to what we wanted. We had two windows that were rounded at the top and they were able to square them off with no extra siding or drywall needed(just need to get trim up). The project only took 2 1/2 day s to complete! They were very careful to cover everything from floors to walls to protect them. The crew was at our house at 7:15 each morning. We love how the windows turned out. We appreciate that they did everything they said they would. Thank you for helping us find the perfect new windows

This was our first project with City Builders. Our original siding was over 30 years old and had some rot issues. We found City Builders to update our home with vinyl siding. We enjoyed working with Al. He was very informative and responsive whenever we needed him. The crew worked hard, even sometimes on the weekend! We had City Builders put in four new triple pane windows. It only took them about three hours, they covered our floor and their work area out side. They cleaned everything up and hauled it away. The workers were good at answering any questions and friendly.

I used to have a very old sunroom from the late 90's and lost it in a house fire. The old sunroom was a 3 season room with all sliding glass doors, instead of windows like it is now. We loved the old room but didn't like that we couldn't enjoy it all year round. With our new sunroom we upgraded to 4 seasons and add a ptac (Heat/AC) unit. If you are thinking about getting a sunroom I highly recommend adding both these options. Yes they cost more but it makes a world of difference. We spend almost every night in our sunroom and the heat keeps it beyond comfortable.
Our installer was Jon and he was great. We had great communication and he was always keeping me updated on what the next steps were. Our sunroom project started the day we brought our newborn home from the hospital and the sound of the construction wasn't loud at all. Jon also knew we had two dogs and made sure to clean up every night so they didn't get into anything or hurt themselves.
The only service I wish Denny would add would be finished flooring. We previously had worked with BK Flooring to do our floors and had them come carpet the sunroom. It would be nice if this was part of the sunroom packages or they could connect you with a local flooring company to install immediately after the room was finished. Service: General construction
