Very money hungry people, terrible management you can never get a hold of anyone and they do not like returning deposits.

These are certainly fine apartments. However What really really sucks about this apartment is the fact that they have not returned our security deposit. With no explanation after have been trying to get in contact with them since June (we moved out at the end of May) then tried to get into contact again in July and got ghosted. Their office is in a sketchy ally in cedar falls. From reading other reviews others have also not received their deposits either. So overall this place sucks for a college student my deposit money is really important to me.

I loved the size of the apartment and the price to rent. However, management was completely unprofessional and basically nonexistent. Anytime we would need to get a hold of management, we had to call multiple times for weeks before we got an answer or call back. After moving out, trying to get in touch with management regarding our deposit was almost impossible. We would continuously call but we would not get an answer or a call back. We left the apartment exactly how it was when we moved in so we should have gotten our full deposit back but we were unable to get in contact with management. We tried for weeks and months after moving out but were ignored every single time. I would not recommend to anyone due to the poor, nonexistent management. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live.
