        Very disappointed in the flower arrangement I ordered for a funeral. Gal taking my order was very rude and flower arrangement was not what I ordered. Will never order flowers from that Hy Vee again.

        Whomever works in the floral dept during the day time hours (petite lady in her 50's) is VERY rude. I have dealt with her a handful of times both in person and on the phone in the last month and it has been less than pleasant ALL times. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere because she truly makes it seem as though placing orders is an inconvenience to her.

        The flower arrangement was haphazardly done. A big letdown. I strongly recommend a different florist or a different hyvee.
