Absolutely horrible experience with Granite Management. I an issue with the washers and dryers (dryer ripped my clothes apart) and was ignored when I reached out to management. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails sent multiple text messages, and left multiple emails. When they finally got back to me a week later, they were rude and blamed the situation on me. Additionally, they come in about once a week to do inspections. These inspections can happen at any time, and they will come in no matter what. I would never recommend anyone to live here.

I would give 0 stars if I could, paid $110 a month for a garage spot that leaks minerals every time it rains or snows which damages paint. Happened to a couple other tenants too, so it's not an isolated incident. Ignored my texts and when I called about it they told me their maintenance manager actually wanted to speak to me about it, so they definitely saw the texts. Spoke to their maintenance manager who ghosted me after a couple emails, so they're definitely aware of the issue. Maintenance also enters apartment without notice randomly. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I now have to waste time and money seeking legal action for neglect and property damage. Edit: Window has also been leaking since day 1 in a $2200 a month apartment despite maintenance request. Apartment seems unfinished when I moved in with screws missing and stuff not glued together or pieces just straight up missing or non-functional. There was also powder on literally every surface imaginable which I can only assume is from them drilling into the wall to mount things.

Had maintenance come out because the sink leaked. Whatever the got out of the sink they smeared all over the sink and counter. Granite is the absolute worse company Ive ever rented from

I've had a pretty good experience living in a granite home. Here are my experiences - They always gave decent notice for apartment tours. I work from home, and were always diligent to make sure them and the people touring were quite while they toured the unit. It was a bit of a hassle but the tours were normally pretty quick. - Maintenance has been good for the most part. They have always been pretty diligent as far as emergencies go. They did have to cut out a part of the wall and left drywall (wet drywall too) on the floor that I had to clean up. Kept saying he would come back to clean and to paint over the drywall but he never did . So a part of our wall has been left unpainted for basically the entire time we've lived here. Which looks bad but hasn't impacted our quality of life by any means. When our dishwasher broke they came the same day and fixed it and there hasn't been any issues. The appliances are a little outdated and can be squeaky but again it's more of an annoyance than something that has actually impacted our quality of living. Maintenance did tell us they would remaster the lock on our side door (since its closer to where we park) so that we could get in through the side door. After pestering them about it a few times we realized it wasn't going to be done so we just stopped asking. So for things that are urgent they will for sure get it done. -Paying rent has been smooth, haven't ever seen any additional charges. But we also have our own renters insurance. - I will edit this after we move out, I am concerned about being charged after we move out. Even though we already paid recondition fees that should cover anything that should need to be cleaned when we move out. However, we take good care of the place and i shampoo the carpet often enough that there should be no charges when we move out. I will edit the review after we move out and will let you know if i get charged for anything I shouldn't have.
