Pioneer Auto Sales Warsaw

Pioneer is ridiculous it's the worst fucking place to go through. I've had issues out of my car since day 1 it's been over a year since I've had my car. Its Almost paid off and still isn't fixed all they do is put used parts on it instead of new. when I first got my car it was disgusting they were suppose to detail it they never did all they did was hurry up clean it out I had to clean it myself it was so damn bad trash all in it pop in the cup holders it smelled terrible. They told me they would detail it when I brought it back that weekend never happened I asked and asked about it still never happened. Something to do with the oil and my motor messed up Kyle put a used part on it instead of a brand new part because it cost too much money. Well months later something happened again but this time my warranty was up and I had to pay over $300 to get it fixed with a new part I wouldn't of had this issue if they would of put a new part on it to begin with. Kyle would always hit on me and try to get with me even when I would tell him no several times. Every time I took my car there to get fixed it never was fixed it would be the same issue every time they would tell me oh it's fixed now after I pay them to fix it then I tell them no it's not it's still doing the same thing so more money I have to keep putting into it for them not to fix it right. It's still not fixed. Then yesterday I'm texting the girl who works there yes I know I'm behind a few payments well I lost my job I told them that I found a new job I was suppose to start today but couldn't because they took my car yesterday. After my text messages with the girl states it was fine to wait until the 18th that she talked to her boss well then all of a sudden my Boyfriend hears something outside so he goes to look and someone is taking off with my car with my purse and house Key in it didn't say one word to me or nothing just took off fast. So I don't recommend going through pioneer auto it's a joke and the people who work there are fucking ridiculous. It's the worst place you could ever go to for a vehicle all they care about is money not if your having issues going on which everyone does no one understands that especially now how much everything is costing how is anyone suppose to afford food and gas to get to work or pay bills you have to have a car to get to work to make your car payment how you suppose to do that when they take your car then expect you to pay for it how when you have no way to work so thanks to them I couldn't go for my first day of work today I would do no stars for the rating but it wouldn't let me

A family member of mine suggested this place to me months ago and I'm so thankful that I listened to her. This place not only put me in a beautiful car but went above and beyond helping me. They r all friendly there and so understanding. If you need a ride let pioneer auto in Warsaw help you out they are the best..

I couldnt do this post without 5 stars. No shady sales experience here, BHPHs get a lot of bad rap in the car business, but Mary, Kyle, and everyone in between Ive had the opportunity to work with there have been nothing but helpful, kind, and reasonable with every expectation throughout the process. I want to thank them for notnonly the excellent , honest car buying experience, but also the service. If youre looking and from this area I can assure you no haggle or bs from these folks and they deserve the rating they received from me! Will recommend to folks moving fwd about this place for sure!

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E to do business! This is complete HIGHWAY ROBBERY! They bait you in with their " buy here, pay here" pitch saying that they evaluate you based on your "story" not your credit!  Only to have you sign the most bogus LEASE agreement known to man! They charge you twice the price of the car to start then lock you in to weekly payments that turn out to simply be a RENTAL AGREEMENT. YOU WILL NEVER OWN THE CAR. The money you give them weekly is not a PURCHASE AGREEMENT! They also tack on some bogus depreciation amount that they make up out of thin air. The sales tactics get you in the door and after you're a customer they treat you like you're less than human, threatening you in every-way possible to make a payment to keep this bogus agreement going.  Mary beth is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She send you nasty text messages threatening you if you don't return a call. They say they have a warranty, but NOTHING IS IN WRITING. No details AT ALL.. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to avoid fixing the car or clarifying what's covered or not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!
