        I had a big problem with my billing and it was never corrected. A 50 dollar error that should have been taken care of.

        Came from out of town. James the GM made a phone call to me he was very hostile and rude and threatened to cancel all of my guest rooms. Ended up staying one night and this is what the bathrooms looked like. We left and Tru my Hilton checked us in early and gave us a discount. Thank God. No working elevators.

        Was very rude to my cousin, she works long hours, and is a truck driver, whom is accompanied by her service dogs, the attitude and disrespect from Celina is not appropriate with management professionalism youd expect in a best western. They gave her a hard time about her service dogs ! Which is just messed up!
