        You can tell this used to be a beautiful five star hotel at one point. The owner, the poor guy, works so hard by himself and his customer service was wonderful but he doesnt have the necessary staff to do the upkeep this resort requires. The declining facilities and low prices have attracted a class of consumer that we will call, ehh, questionable. Fantastic location for Warsaw though and again good customer service. However the facilities leave a lot to be desired.

        Hottub was not working and the pool looked disgusting, bathroom mirror wasnt wiped because when we got out of the shower someones initials were on it (not ours), didnt inform us on the hottub not even working when we checked in and when asked for compensation tried to give us 10$ off their expensive breakfast, which we didnt take. Rooms: Were not the best, bathroom wasnt all that clean, tv didnt work, ac would randomly kick off.
