WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE I bought a Kia Forte from this lot and FIVE DAYS later it was in the SHOP. I was assured the vehicle was in great shape and that any issues would be cover under the warranty. I began to hear a rough sound and went back to the lot. Glenn, one of the dealers, assured me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and I could "ride it all day long." I still felt uncomfortable so I went to the Kia dealership. The mechanic told me I was lucky I made it in. The sound I was hearing was the belt tensioner and if it had of snap I would have needed a tow. Of course, when the shop checked with the warranty company the issue was NOT covered. The parts and labor are costing me about $800 I will NEVER buy anything from here again and neither should YOU!!!
