After weeks of web searching for the right vehicle, I finally came across the right one at Wheels Unlimited. The pictures of the vehicle were better than any I had seen after hundreds of searches. The only problem was it was 900 miles away. I was naturally concerned about potentially buying a vehicle so far away. Once I called and talked to John, that worry was over. His prompt communication, attention to detail, and help with the logistics were above and beyond. This was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. While I wish they were closer to home, I wouldn't hesitate to consider another road trip to John at Wheels Unlimited.

I bought a car from Wheels Unlimited even though I live out of state and I had a fantastic experience.  John took care of me from start to finish and the car was in great condition when it arrived.  I've purchased many cars before and this was the easiest and nicest car buying experience that I've had.  John answered all of my questions about the car, drove the car to a PPI for me and worked with my auto shippers to get the car to me.  Seriously, he couldn't have been nicer.  It was a pleasure doing business with you, John!  I love the car and thanks  again for all of your help.  Without hesitation, I would buy a car from John and Wheels Unlimited again.

Well, my husband left a great review for this place, however, in hindsight we are both just dumbfounded regarding the entire experience. Yes, it is true, John, was very helpful when my husband flew over 900 miles there to purchase a used 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve. We had been looking forever for this vehicle and they are difficult to find. Not knowing any better, the Jeep looked beautiful and everyone was friendly to my hubs. However, John collected IN sales tax and we live in MS. All still seemed fine as John insisted he must collect it and my hubs did not challenge this. After driving the vehicle for over 14 hours home (a red light was on, on the dash regarding air bag issues), hubs was exhausted. It wasn't until the following week when we went to our local DMV and they said, "We don't have reciprocity with IN", we had to pay the sales tax again!!! So, my hubs contacted John on Dec.16th and he never got back with us as he stated. Not only are we double taxed and no one seems to want to do anything about it (I have contacted IN DOR and filed with them), but when we took the Jeep to the local dealer regarding the air bag system-the ENTIRE LINE HAD BEEN SLICED UNDER THE DRIVER'S SEAT AND THE CENSOR REMOVED; THEY HAD NEVER SEEN THIS, EVER BEFORE! So, then we had to pay several hundreds more dollars for this repair! I have emailed John and will continue to await his resolve. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Finally got the sports car that I wanted. 1998 BMW Z3 at a reasonable price. John was an excellent person to work with. Will be returning when I want another classic.
