Coach Teddy Running & Mental Performance

Coach Teddy is the best. He has been working with my son who is in middle school for the last year to improve his endurance for running in cross country and track and field. My son has physical challenges. Coach Teddy is always positive and gives my son mental and running strategies that makes him feel positive about his performance.

Coach Teddy's running camp was a great way to get my kids moving in a positive direction first thing in the morning. It was a perfect fit for both my daughter, who is a seasoned, avid runner, to my son who is just getting into running and battles with slight asthma. They both got a lot out of the experience and have continued their running journey thanks to Coach Teddy's guidance and support. A lot of running is mental and Coach Teddy taps into that side as well as the physical aspects. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves running or thinks that they won't. You'll be surprised what you think you can and can't do!

Coach Ted has trained athletes at many different levels with different techniques. I met him while he was coaching my childs cross county team He coached them all the way to the state championships. Highly recommended for any age and any level.
