        I absolutely love FBBC Valpo. It has been one of my best experiences at a gym. The coaches and owner are very supportive. They are very inclusive and welcome all body shapes. They accommodate to your needs and work with your fitness level. You will never feel left out, never feel bad about your workout level. You will always leave feeling very accomplished, seen and heard. Highly recommend anyone wanting to start or continue their fitness journey they should do it at FBBC Valpo!

        One of the best overall total body workouts you can get!! Extremely knowledgeable and encouraging trainers willing to push you, and help you modify the workouts if you need to for injuries. They also pay great detail to cleanliness within the building. 5 star for sure!!! I am addicted.
