        Custom Air installed my furnace and duct work 12+ years ago. Last week the furnace went out and within 35 minutes Austin from Custom Air was at my house on a wintery Saturday late afternoon. We had our heat back in 20 minutes with an overview of fixing it should the same problem reoccur for us. Thank you!

        Austin was excellent, he was happy to take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and make sure I was well informed. Genuinely a nice guy that clearly knows his stuff and is very down to earth and easy to talk to; communicates very well. Looking forward to continuing with him and Custom Air for future service as my Heating and Air are getting close to their end of life. Highly recommend! Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
