Andre is a very talented and caring person. He is honest and down to earth. He came in and figured out our problem quickly and had our heat back up in running the very next morning. We had multiple other quotes to fix our furnace and all told us everything had to be replaced. While Andre fixed it in two hours and got the one part that needed fixed covered by warranty. First of thanks for getting our a/c fixed. Showed up and fixed our issue same day for that I am extremely grateful. However it came at quite the price. 850 dollars. Parts pricing was extremely marked up by about 4-5 times the cost of what you can buy them for yourself if you can wait. I get businesses need to make money but this was excessive and unfair. Dont make my mistake. Make sure you ask for up front pricing and do some quick research before the job is complete. I like to do business with small companies however it has come back to bite me more than once now.

Andre is professional, reliable, honest, affordable, personable and kind. I called on a weekend for my elderly Dad whose a/c was blowing warm air. Andre came as soon as he could and located the problem, explained it thoroughly to me and fixed it in pouring rain. Andre is what exemplary service looks like, all should be this good.
