      image I guess all good things have to come to an end. I've always been impressed with this location for its customer service. The rooms left a little to be desired, but they were and still are clean. However, this is my last time here unfortunately. I was chastised for using a 3rd party for booking, and they said they weren't able to change the room. Really? They aren't even fully booked, and we hadn't checked in yet. Oh well there are other choices around.

      image I called the day before and asked if I could check in early the following day. The person I talked to was very helpful and positive and set the bar very high. Our entire experience - from that early check in until we left - was wonderful. Smiling staff, comfortable room, great breakfast and a nice pool area for the kids. Will definitely be back!

      Rooms: Loved the room but no USB charger bring your charger or just plug into back of tv
