We are long time Marriott Rewards members and have had great experiences with the Marriott brand. This was by far our worst experience! The front desk staff was very nice, but the place seemed very understaffed. The pool towels were not restocked at all unless someone asked for it. The pool was dirty and smelled strongly of chlorine. The breakfast at the restaurant was ridiculous! Both mornings of our 2-night stay there was no silverware available and there was one person running around like crazy. We will not plan on staying at this location again.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Unfortunately, the Fairfield next door is worse. The breakfast is NOT free as the previous reviewer suggested but MIGHT be included if you book through a corporate rate. The staff routinely have bad attitudes and the one girl who was helpful hasn't been around for a few months. If you have Hilton status, try the Garden Inn that's up North by the toll road.
