        I dealt with Julie from Valparaiso branch. She was awesome! I was nervous about asking for a loan but she made me feel very comfortable. Regional Federal Credit Union DID help me and I greatly appreciate it. I've been to all 3 branches and have always been treated good. Such friendly service and would never think of banking anywhere else! Thanks Julie and thanks RFCU!

        No one ever answers the phones. Bank here if you want to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through every single time even if there's only 1 person ahead of you Update: still waiting a ridiculous amount of time to be seen by a teller. Currently have been in line for over 17 minutes and now late to return to work from my lunch break.

      Melonie, we apologize for you not being able to get through to us the other day. Our call center answers thousands of phone calls each day, and sometimes it can be difficult depending on the time of the day. My understanding of the situation is that the store terminal was rejecting your mother's card. I was told the card was reset to ensure everything was working correctly on our end. If your mother continues to have this issue, we would be happy to reissue her a new card.
