Andover is a pleasure to do business with. The office staff, both Brittanys, are so friendly and always greet me with a smile and are super helpful! Andover is lucky to have such amazing and friendly help.

I lived here 4 years and it's a beautiful place to live both Brittanys are great managers very understanding on all situations.. I love it here! Will continue to live here.

Beware! This is bad place to live. Don't do it! It's corporate ran and they do everything possible to keep you there. They will squeeze every penny they can out of you! Be careful! Lived here 5 months. Found a house. Have to pay 4000.00 to move out. Apartments are run down. Way overpriced. Broken laundry equipment.Poor communication from property office and Bayshore. Worst experience ever. You have been warned!

Both the Brittany's in the office were extremely helpful. I have no bad things to say about the customer service. And not a bad community. Likewise, I was walked a unit that did not look bad. However, the day I go to see my unit, that at the time was not walk-through ready, I found it was very much different from the layout I saw. The main difference is that my bathroom had a drop ceiling with dead bugs above it. It resembled an insane asylum. Everything had been painted over. These apartments are extremely old, mold growing in the cabinets, I found mouse traps in my cabinets, and 2 days into my move in there were roaches. Also, the apartments have an odd smell. They do have a washer/dryer available to the unit but half the time the washer/dryer was broken. Also, during the winter my bill would be extremely expensive as the sliding glass door is not well insulated. You could actually see the wind move my blinds at times. For the prices they are charging you could find something better.

Lived here for over a year. Its close to downtown Valparaiso, close to the high school, very quiet, and friendly/helpful staff. I felt very very safe at this location!! Definitely older apartments and not updated, however, I knew that moving in. There is a pool, playground, tennis court, & lots of open land to walk dogs too. Maintenance comes to help quick when you need them. Only negative thing is the smell of the building I was in, you can tell its very old. Candles and air fresheners do the job. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Andover Park.
