Andover Park Apartments

I moved here sight unseen from the east coast, and I am happy I chose this one! The front office staff were helpful from day 1 and super accommodating. The apartment itself had old carpet which is really my only complaint. Otherwise it was clean and comfy. Not noisy, balcony was lovely, plenty of parking, and the area is cute!

My partner and I really enjoyed our time here. We lived here from August 2021 to June 2022. The front office staff really is what made the biggest difference for us. They were always so communicative and polite and helpful. I especially loved the fact they have a texting line for the front office, which was super convenient. The only reason we moved is because we bought a house, otherwise we definitely would have renewed our lease. The apartments were in kind of a dead zone in terms of phone signal for us (AT&T and T-Mobile) but that was honestly our biggest complaint, and once we got internet set up, that was fine too. Maintenance was quick when needed, but we didn't end up needing them very often. Overall we would definitely recommend Andover Park! My partner and I really enjoyed our time here. This place is awful. I signed a lease and backed out the next day because the apartments were in such poor condition. The surrounding area was very unkempt and run down. I never even began to move in and I backed out before even 24 hours. They kept the 2400$ that I had already paid them for the deposit and also first years rent. Then they said I still owed them another 2400$ because I broke their lease. Do NOT go here. They are way overpriced for how horribly run down they are, and they want to continue to take money when it makes no sense at all. Zero customer understand. If they thought maybe to update their apartments instead of continually painting over cabinets from 1982, they wouldnt have people wanting to back out of living there. If I could give this place and corporation negative stars I would. I have to say, the management on site, especially Brittany, was exceptional. Honestly she did all she could to try and get me out of paying that money. It wasnt her fault or her decision. This lies with the head corporate office. This place is awful.
