        I got service today 22 dec, 2023 it was Amazing. But there was one thing which disappointed me very badly. Actually, my truck had issue with fuel filters on the road and I called volmac to arrange tow truck so I can get there. They gave my number to tow guy and I got service from him. When it came to pay tow fees which was 430$ he asked me whether I want to pay him directly or through volmac. I asked my boss and he said go by volmac. But at the end when I got everything done and received invoice surprised to see tow fees 495$. I asked about this difference they said we charge the tow company and thats how it comes in our system. My only concern was why they havent explained me before or tow guy told me if they work in a team. He must know about this.
