Very pleased with recent packing and shipping by this UPS center. Attendants were very helpful, very friendly, and did a wonderful job. I was shipping a large antique portrait of my grandmother, painted in 1893. I was worried initially because its something I love and wanted to make sure it was shipped safely. It was received in perfect order. I do understand this UPS store is locally owned. Great job!

I like going to UPS on South 41! Always quick to acknowledge you, get you in and out but never feel rush
When I walk in Shawn made me feel like he has known me for yrs! Always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Been going there for yrs now due to the fact no matter who is waiting on me never had a rude employee, always friendly and can answer questions I may have

I called the phone number. You cannot get in touch with a real live human person. I am so fed up with these interactive, stupid phone calls when talking with a human being is so much easier and what i requested!

Wont ship an electric motor which gets delivered to our company on a daily by UPS. Whoever they put in charge there stated you must prove that it is new unused and safe to ship what about the UPS label on it when We received it a few weeks ago from UPS. This is what happens when you put ignorant people in charge of businesses that people utilize. You got a bad reveal and never see our business again I will waste the fuel to drive to the other side of town, and never conduct business with this facility again.
