These guys came out guessed and told us septic tank was full, wrong! When called to question them about it said Ill call you back in 10min wrong! Another lie. Called their 24hr emergency number left message waited for a callback wrong! Didnt get one had to call again next day. Moral of this story is will charge you to come out and make stuff up without investigating the clog I was concerned I had. Took full advantage of me not being home and telling my wife septic was full and having her write a check. They recommended A1 sanitation for pump out service which lucky for us clued us in on them not doing their job! Thanks Ray. Saw today they cashed my check after I raised concerns of them not doing their job but thats ok cost me alittle money to find out how bad of a business they run. Needed help from them while I was out of town and apparently they werent interested in anything but a service call bill. Thanks guys Ill be sure to spread my experience I had with your company to everyone that will listen. By the way septic isnt full and only cost me $20 to fix it myself
