The worst broke there equipment inside my drain said they would be back in an hour never showed back up.. called them and they denied saying they would be back in an hour but I have them on Video and audio

Let me start by saying this place never answers the phone, horrible customer service. We originally called about a leaky drain pipe they came and insisted it would be 14,000 to get fixed. Oh and they said it was a 25 year warranty for any problems ) so we went ahead and got it done. About a month later, the basement is flooded the said the warranty didn't cover it and that problem would be an additional 24,000$ yes thousand to get fixed. I was sure it was fraud I said no way. Called another local plumbing company, 800 was what they charged and no problems since. I'll never use Benjamin Franklin again. BTW the plumbers name was richard. Since the beginning I had an eery feeling about him. 1 more thing the work took twice the amount of time they said it would take. Do not use this company
