        Pool and hot tub closed down by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT, breakfast was inedible (eggs were what I imagine rubber would taste like, potatoes were still hard, and sausage was coated in a thick layer of grease), and this morning I found a fake nail in the bed my children slept in. So we clearly slept in DIRTY BED LINENS. Absolutely disgusting. This hotel does not stand up to the Hilton name and they should be ashamed. AVOID.

        The rooms are nice and clean, however the toilet overflowed as soon as we got there all over the floor. Other guests were complaining about the same thing. The breakfast was not stocked well apparently they don't have many people working, one worker said, so they couldn't keep up. Brought my grandson to swim, which is why he wanted to come, and the pool is closed. The guy said they are waiting on the health department to reopen. This is not a cheap place kind of disappointed.

        I always enjoy my stay at this Hotel it always ends up being an interesting adventure. When I return to the hotel the staff is always superb and always does their very best to make sure everything is up to par for their guests.

      I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Yes, the team had an unexpected team member get sick and had to go home for her safety, so 4 other team members jumped in to help accommodate and continue the breakfast. We truly did try our best. As for the pool, it was not an inspection, someone dropped glass in the pool area, after the signs posted state no glass in the pool area and for the safety of all we had to drain clean and refill and balance to ensure our area was safe. We see how this can be frustrating, but we put our guest's safety at the top of our list. We hope that you visit again and have safe travels.
