        Loved the car we had, a new Mazda 5. Check in process was easy. And check out was so great and smooth at Indianapolis airport. The gal taking our car did a great job. And the guys working the National counter were great - Devin (and I believe Colin?) They were so helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I'll definitely be using you National again!

        I have rented many cars over the years for the National Car Rental location at South Bend airport. I've also rented at many other locations as well. The employee group at this location is outstanding! I have always been treated well and it is very clear to me that my business is appreciated. Mike and his team make an obvious effort to show their appreciation. Their service is top notch!

        Got in at 10:00 pm Sunday. There was about 15 people waiting to get cars. You checked in and they said it would be 30 minutes until you got your car. Ridiculous.
