        Reserved a car a month in advance, didnt have car available, waited 45 minutes along with a crowd of others. Curtis blamed everything on the customers.

        my husband was traveling to Michigan for work. His company is located in Harrison and they are contracted with enterprise. His rental started having system failures and every light on the car lit up, his speedometer went blank and he called their roadside assistance and was told THATS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON TO GET A NEW CAR. The manager of this location had to Force south bend to give him a new car. Safety is not a priority for enterprise and I won't even rent through them again additional the staff at south was cold rude and dismissive
