ATM never works at night, and the only times it works it doesnt let withdraw money, so if you thinking to withdraw money from 7pm to 8am
Maybe start looking for another bank
Its frustrating that the atm doesnt work 24/7

Very sorry bank charge you to cash a check drawn on there bank because didn't have account I now refuse any check from PNC

I love the location and the convenience of the bank. The ATM let's you deposit money and that's a big plus for me. The tellers are always friendly and helpful.

Not only did they close their branch in my town, they took the ATM out so I have to either pay another bank's fees or drive to another town to access my money.
When they did have a branch, I had a large check that I took inside instead of going through the ATM, and was greeted with "don't you know you can take checks to the ATM." Guess this poor customer service is why the branch closed, why have one if you don't even want to help the customers that come in there?
