        Dont waste your time and money. Lady that did our taxes was confused and kept changing things . We filed married joint and said we would get more if we did it that way . I was going to file separately but she flipped flopped and said it would be better if we filed jointly. My return went from over 2k to 900 . The worst part is theyre taking $550 for their fees. Theyre making more the me . Go to a real tax specialist and save money. Total ripoff.

        Hello my name is Jason I am a loyal customer at Jackson Hewitt. The staff is very trustworthy and loyal everything good. The bad note is the banks to get the holiday loan and early advance loan they are being stingy and making alot of excuses of not to give people of what there want. I have been a loyal customer and I love Jackson Hewitt but it is not fair ever since the covid they havent give me the money for holiday loan and the early advance that is not fair.
