        I have attempted to call JH on multiple occasions (Kokomo Branch) and cannot ever get ahold of anyone. They filed my 2020 and 21 taxes and said they filed for the Stimulus for me but I haven't receive one dime of it. I thought it was included in my actual tax return, but upon investigation (looking at the irs website with my tax info) I was paid ZERO for payment 1, 2, and 3. I am furious that I entrusted them to do my taxes and they lied. The financial and emotional hardship it has caused me is indescribable. If I had not prepared my taxes online this year I never would have known. I would not recommend using their services.

        Made my appointment online when I arrived there was no waiting. Mrs Nicole was friendly and knowledgeable. Their fees are comparable to others. The office space was clean and spacious. Waiting area was child friendly as well.
