Made a reservation online through Uhaul at this location. Thankfully I always call to confirm things like this. Called Valero to confirm the pickup and they didnt have any order under my name. I was repeatedly getting a youre out of luck, I guess tone until I asked how can we resolve this? to which she begrudgingly read off another number for me to call and swiftly hung up the phone. I called the number and was directed to Uhauls reservations department where I was told that Valero in New Albany did not have the truck I had reserved, but *thankfully* the Jeffersonville location did! All was resolved, but no effort was put forth from this location when they discovered they couldnt fulfill the order. Rather, they seem to have just gotten rid of it all together.
