        Everything was great with the rental. Only complaint would be that the previous renter must have smoked in the vehicle because it did smell that way.

        The service from the staff was great. They're shorthanded with employees, like many other companies right now. I assume they're hiring like many other places. This staff even though stressed, were friendly and helpful. I would have gave it 5 stars, but the vehicle was not cleaned out well and the cup holder in the back seat was already broken. The vehicle also had a bad smell to it, so a couple air fresheners would be a nice addition if people want them. I just purchased my own at the gas station.
