Scotty Paden is absolutely the best realtor. He understands and cares about the buying and selling experience. I sold my home and purchased another under his care. If you're selling a house in Indiana or Kentucky, I highly recommend you have Scotty as your realtor. I started off with a different realtor and and when their contract was up, Thank goodness cuz they very rarely showed the house or got the house shown. I changed realtors. Scotty came along and within 2 months he had my house sold. You know with the other one I took in consideration that it was on the downturn of the housing market with interest rates and stuff going up but Scotty came in and threw that thinking out the window. I'm out of state and he took care of things that came up that I couldn't or probably would have had to pay a lot of money to have taken care of. But he went above and beyond and as I said wish he would have been the first realtor I talked to. He is realistic and honest with his clients and highly motivated. So again I highly recommend Scotty Paden
