Cathy is a beyond-excellent realtor. We just made a complicated interstate move in whichwe had a specific set of requirements for our new home thatseverelylimited inventory. Not only did Cathy exceed our expectations in-person during our quick house-hunting trip, but she worked equally hard for us after we left, visiting multiple properties on our behalf and communicating through phone calls, videos, photos, and texts.
She brainstormedunique approaches and potential solutions to all of thechallenges we met along the way. She earned our trust and never disappointed, to the point that we were able to confidently go under contract on a house that we hadn't physically seen becausewe knew that Cathy understood our needs and preferences and would give us good and sensible judgment on the quality and fit of the home.
